All of our mashed potatoes are Steam Blanched, allowing the nutrients to stay with the product. Product is 100% cooked, and can be reheated in one of four easy, convenient methods:

Serving Suggestions
Sweet Potato Casserole - add sauted onions, eggs, garlic, and parmesan cheese to mashed sweet potatoes. Bake until golden brown.
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Heat in microwave 10-15 minutes.
Boil-in-Bag: Place bag in a pot of boiling water and cover for 10-15 minutes.
Steaming: Remove from bag and place in a pan with lid. Steam time varies by quantity and steamer.
