All of our mashed potatoes are Steam Blanched, allowing the nutrients to stay with the product. Product is 100% cooked, and can be reheated in one of four easy, convenient methods:
• Boil in Bag
• Microwave
• Steam
• Bake
Perfect as a healthier alternative side dish for lunch or dinner.
| Preparation and Cooking Instructions |
Microwave: Heat in microwave 10-15 minutes.
Boil-in-Bag: Place bag in a pot of boiling water and cover for 10-15 minutes.
Steaming: Remove from bag and place in a pan with lid. Steam time varies by quantity and steamer.
Potatoes, milk blend butter (cream, salt), sodium acid pyrophosphate. Freshness preserved with potassium sorbate, citric acid, and ascorbic acid.
