| Benefits Of Using This Product |
All of our mashed potatoes are Steam Blanched, allowing the nutrients to stay with the product. Product is 100% cooked, and can be reheated in one of four easy, convenient methods:
· Boil in Bag
· Microwave
· Steam
· Bake
| Preparation and Cooking Instructions |
Microwave: Vent bag before placing in microwave on high power for approximately 8-12 minutes. Allow bag to sit for 2 minutes before opening and serving.
Boil-in-Bag: Place bag in a pot of boiling water and cover for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Steaming: Place bags in single flat layer on a perforated tray OR remove mashed potatoes from bag and place in pan with lid. Place in steam cabinet for approximately 45 minutes.
Potato, milk blend (milk, margarine [liquid canola oil, water, modified palm and palm kernel oils, salt, whey powder, soybean lecithin, vegetable monoglyceride, potassium sorbate, artificial flavor, citric acid, alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin e), vitamin a palmitate, beta-carotene, vitamin d3], cream, salt, cheddar cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt and enzymes], whey, mono and diglycerides, xanthan gum, disodium phosphate, lactic acid, annatto [color]), margarine (soybean and/or canola oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, lecithin, mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate [preservative], artificial butter flavor, beta carotene [color], vitamin a palmitate), salt, natural flavor, spice, sodium acid pyrophosphate.
