Benefits Of Using This Product Marinated,natural whole muscle, prebrowned enables product to be baked in the oven, can be used as an entree,finger food or hors d'oeuvres.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions Uncooked: for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165'F as measured by use of a thermometer. For best results- deep fry at 350'F for 4-7 min. Alternate methods: Pressure fry at 325'F for 6-8 min. Bake in single layer in preheated convection oven at 350'F for 15-20 min. Bake in single layer in preheated conventional oven at 400'F for 25-30 min. Adjust times to quantity being cooked and equipment used. Do not overcook. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Breaded with bleached wheat flour, water, modified food starch, yellow corn flour, rice flour, spices, soybean oil, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), onion powder, garlic powder, fumaric acid, guar gum, green bell pepper powder, spice extract.
