This uncooked, pre-browned natural breast product can be baked in an oven and because it is the large tenders it can be used for sandwiches or entrees.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Uncooked: for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165'F as measured by use of a thermometer.
For best results- deep fry at 350'F for 8-10 min.
Alternate method:
Pressure fry at 325'F for 8-10 min.
Bake in single layer in preheated convection oven at 350'F for 18-25 min.
Bake in single layer in preheated conventional oven at 400'F for 25-30 min.
Adjust times to quantity being cooked and equipment used. Do not overcook.
