Parmesan Pesto Mashed Potatoes - A regionally inspired mashed potato side blends Reggiano Parmesan cheese with creamy mashed potatoes marbled with rich pesto.
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Empty one bag of Nature's Own® Premium Mashed Potatoes into half-pan or large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 gallon of very hot water (175'-boiling). Stir for 10 seconds, and wait 5-7 minutes while potatoes plump.
Step 3
Stir or whisk potatoes to desired consistency and serve.
