Harvest is the quick prep mashed potato that compares to fresh. Unseasoned for Canadian tastes, just serve as is or use as a base in signature dishes.

| Preparation and Cooking Instructions |
Step 1: Pour one pouch of Potato Pearls Harvest Mashed Potatoes into half-size 6" steamtable pan.
Step 2: Measure 4 liters of hot water from hot water dispenser (80-90'C / 170-190'F) and pour quickly over Potato Pearls Harvest all at once.
Step 3: Immediately stir with a large slotted spoon for 15-20 seconds, until the potatoes begin to thicken. Allow product to set for 5 minutes. Stir with a large slotted spoon and serve.
Potatoes, salt, partially hydrogenated canola oil, mono and diglycerides, artificial color. Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT.
