6/5 lb. Pancake Mix. Add water only.

Serving Suggestions
Waffle recipe on package; serve as breakfast or dessert entrees with fresh
fruit.
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat Griddle to 365 - 400'F.
2. Put cool water in large mixing bowl. Add pancake mix.
3. Blend with wire whisk until dry mix is well incorporated. (A slightly lumpy batter is acceptable)
4. Pour 2 ounces of batter on griddle
5. Flip Pancakes when edges begin to dry (approx. 1 1/2 minutes). Flip only once.
6. Bake approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes on second side. SERVE.
