Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Measure 1 gallon of boiling water into a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Using whip attachment, set mixer on low speed and slowly add 1 pouch Potato Pearls® Country Style Mashed Potatoes. Mix for 1 minute.
Step 3
Scrape down bowl and whip on "high" until fluffy, approximately 1-1/2 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer from mixing bowl to a 4" deep half-size steamtable pan. Hold covered at (150'F-160'F) for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Potatoes, shortening powder (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, lactose, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate), maltodextrin, salt, mono and diglycerides, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean), artificial flavor, artificial color, spice. Flavor preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT.
