Cooking Instructions
Can be cooked from frozen or thawed. To thaw, put fillet on a sheet pan, one layer and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Preheat oven at 350'F. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and white pepper or other spices of your choice. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, if thawed, or 14 to 18 minutes, if frozen. Fish is done when it flakes.
