Cooking Instructions

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F. PLACE FROZEN FILLETS ON A FOIL LINED BAKING PAN.
PLACE PAN IN OVEN ON MIDDLE RACK.
BAKE FILLETS FOR 16 TO 18 MINUTES OR TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F.
CONVECTION OVEN: PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F. PLACE FROZEN FILLETS ON A FOIL LINES BAKING PAN. PLACE PAN IN OVEN ON MIDDLE RACK.
BAKE FILLETS FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES OR TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F.
ADJUST COOKING TIME DEPENDING UPON PRODUCT’S NATURAL THICKNESS AND APPLIANCE CHARACTERISTICS.
