PROFILE® Data Request Form

As of February 2003, PROFILE® data is available in version 4.0 of the PROFILE® Data Exchange Format. This latest version is formatted to work in most commercial software applications, making it point-and-click easy to import PROFILE® data into the most popular database and spreadsheet applications!

Paying subscribers to PROFILE® (PROFILE Enhanced Network members) can submit the request form below to receive their data files. A form must be submitted each time you wish to receive new data files. If you wish to receive files automatically, on a scheduled basis, you will need to submit a "Match Request File". For more information on this automated service, click here.
