This tool enables you to calculate the check digit for partial UPC and SCC-14 numbers.

To calculate the check digit for your partial UPC, type in the 11 digit UPC into the "Partial UPC" window and click on SUBMIT. The complete 12 digit UPC will appear in the line above next to "Last Submitted UPC". The check digit will appear at the end of the number in bold.

To calculate the check digit for your partial SCC-14, type in the 13 digit SCC-14 into the "Partial SCC-14" window and click on SUBMIT. The complete 14 digit SCC-14 will appear in the line above next to "Last Submitted SCC-14". The check digit will appear at the end of the number in bold.

The Copy and Paste area is a work area that may be used to copy partial UPC and SCC-14 codes and edit out any hyphens before the number is copied into the Partial UPC or SCC-14 window and calculated.
