Serving Suggestion: |
Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Grease sheet pan(s). To make hamburger style buns, use a 4 or 5 inch round metal ring. Place rings on sheet pan and grease inside of ring. Place one Bridgford Gourmet Bun Dough in each ring. Brush the dough with melted butter or margarine. Let proof until the dough reaches the top of the ring. Bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven and remove from pan and ring immediately to cool on wire rack. Brush with additional melted butter or margarine if desired. |
