Product Description: Bridgford Pre-Sliced Gourmet Cinnamon Roll Dough is "Convenience packed" 36/2 oz rolls per layer, 5 layers per case. Each 2 oz Cinnamon Roll Dough Piece is individually quick frozen (IQF) enabling the food service operator to instantly pan the number of Cinnamon Rolls he desires. |

Serving Suggestion: Serve as a breakfast or brunch roll. Many operators add them to their dessert trays for high performance. |
Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Place slices on greased pan so that rolls are touching. Brush dough with melted butter or margarine. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven (convection) for 10-20 minutes or until a light golden brown and centers of rolls are no longer doughy. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Drizzle with glaze (mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1-tsp. vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoons milk). |
