Product Description: Bridgford Bread Stick Dough is perfectly formed Pre-Cut Dough Sticks. Ready
for slicing, proofing, and baking delicious soft bread sticks or crispy
bread sticks. Each stick is 12" long and 1-1/2 oz in weight.

Serving Suggestion: 12" Sticks (one whole stick)
6" Sticks (cut dough stick in half before proofing)
4" Sticks (cut dough stick in thirds before proofing)
3" Sticks (cut dough stick in fourths before proofing)

Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Break apart sticks. Place on greased sheet pan 2 inches apart. Brush with melted or liquid butter or margarine. Let sticks rise until double to triple in size. Bake in a preheated 325-degree (convection) oven for 7-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with additional melted butter. Remove sticks from pan to cool on wire rack.
