Product Description: Bridgford Cinnamon Roll Dough is packed 24-16 oz loaves per case. Ready for slicing, proofing, and baking luscious Cinnamon Rolls and Cinnamon Breads in any size or shape desired. |

Serving Suggestion: Serve as a breakfast or brunch Roll. Many operators add them to their dessert trays for high profits. |
Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Let loaves thaw until pliable. Grease sheet pan(s). Slice thawed loaves into 8 slices each (for 2 oz rolls). Place slices on pan so that rolls are touching. Brush dough with melted butter or margarine. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven (convection) for 10-20 minutes or until a light golden brown and centers of rolls are no longer doughy. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Drizzle with glaze (mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoons milk). |
